Exposure to noise can cause non-auditory health problems, and have been widely studied in animals, such rats and rabbits. However, the non-auditory effects of noise exposure on Trachemys scripta elegans were unclear. In this project , we determined the transcriptome changes of T. scripta elegans liver under noise exposure by using Illumina Novaseq6000 sequencing technology. |
