The P. parasitica strain of SC24, which purified by single spore isolation method, was isolated from tobacco black shank sample in Sichuan province of China. This strain belongs to A2 mating type and is methomyl-sensitive. Hyphae samples were collected to extract genomic DNA after SC24 strain was cultured on V8 medium. Genome sequencing was performed at Allwegene Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) on the PacBio Sequel and Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. |
