Description |
Natural killer/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL) is a clinically and genetically heterogeneous disease that predominantly occurs in east Asia. The genomic characteristics of relapsed/refractory (R/R) ENKTL have remained largely unclear, which limit the development of target therapy for ENKTL. We performed a comprehensive genetic analysis of whole-exome sequencing between patients with primary diagnosed and R/R ENKTL to explore the different genomic alterations in the two sampling groups. |
