Description |
We developed a Bayesian framework called Pianno, designed specifically for the automated annotation of biological identities in spatial transcriptomics. To assess Pianno's effectiveness, we applied it to the spatial transcriptome data generated in this study, showcasing its ability to precisely annotate patterns covering both anatomical structures and cell types using only a limited number of marker genes. |
