Description Immune checkpoint blockade(ICB) leads promising results in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) patients. However, the tumor microenvironment changes underlying ICB response in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma(ESCC) are unclear. Here we performed single-cell RNA sequencing and T/B cell receptor sequencing(scRNA-Seq/scTCR-Seq/scBCR-Seq) of the 27 ESCC patients before or after ICB treatment.
