Title FtCYP94C1 over-expressing Arabidopsis
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Metabolome
Organisms Fagopyrum tataricum
Description Two-week old sterilized Arabidopsis seedlings were used to conduct the widely targeted metabolite analysis. The freeze-dried whole plants were ground and extracted with prechilled 80% methanol/water. Qualitative analysis was performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) based on the Novogene Database. The data files generated by HPLC-MS/MS were processed by using the SCIEX OS v1.4 to integrate and correct the peaks. The area of each peak represents the relative content of the corresponding metabolites.
