Title Gut and Oral Microbiome alterations of healthy volunteers with proton pump inhibitor and histamine-2 receptor antagonist

Description We conducted a longitudinal study on 49 healthy participants, administering a 7-day course of omeprazole (a PPI) and famotidine (an H2RA) to 23 and 26 participants, respectively. Saliva and fecal samples were collected before and after the interventions and bulk metagenome sequencing was performed.
