To identify and analyze transcriptome changes of Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) and breast cancer cells after their interaction, RNA was extracted from the infected cell samples, and then was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000. In the present study, T. gondii RH strain tachyzoites were added to human breast cancer cells (MCF-7 cells and MDA-MB-231 cells) with MOI =4:1, while T. gondii ME49 strain tachyzoites were added to these cells with MOI=16:1. After 48 hours infection, RNA was extracted. |
