Description |
The research project on the structure and function of macromolecular complex of energy metabolic system of important pathogenic bacteria was primarily focused on the oxidative phosphorylation system of Mycobacterium. The structure and function of three transmembrane complexes, including type I succinate dehydrogenase SDH-1, type II succinate dehydrogenase SDH-2 and respiratory chain end oxidase cytopigment bd, and a DyP-loaded encapsulin system containing peroxidase have been determined and studied. |
