This study focuses on the mechanisms of RNA transcription and replication of the SARS-CoV-2, and systematically investigates the three-dimensional complex of RNA polymerase nsp12 and primase nsp7/8. The structure of C-RTC and inhibitor complexes will be investigated to design new or improve existing antiviral drugs. |
