Based on the Department of Bone and Soft Tissue Oncology and Pathology at Tianjin Medical University Oncology Hospital, we collected three pairs of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) primary and bone metastasis tissue samples for RNA-seq and ATAC-seq sequencing analysis to screen for key genes regulating NSCLC bone metastasis and analyze their molecular mechanisms, in order to find effective therapeutic targets, which has important theoretical significance and clinical application value.
