we initiated a phase 2 NACIT study to explore the efficacy and safety of NACT combined with PD-1 inhibitors followed by radical hysterectomy in PD-L1 positive LACC. Our findings demonstrate promising antitumor activity, high feasibility, and durable toxicity with neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy. Additionally, our multi-omics tests, including whole-exome sequencing (WES), longitudinal transcriptome sequencing, and multicolor immunohistochemistry, reveal that pre-treatment immune cell infiltration is a biomarker for pathological complete responses. Furthermore, the longitudinal transcriptome analysis revealed dynamic changes in the immune microenvironment, providing valuable insights into the biology of neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy in cervical cancer. |
