Title Single-cell profiling revealed tumor heterogeneity and microenvironment in surgically resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy
Relevance Medical
Data types Single cell sequencing
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description This study enrolled 22 patients diagnosed with stage II to IV ESCC, of whom 20 underwent neoadjuvant tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy before surgical removal and two were treated with camrelizumab plus chemotherapy before surgery. The dataset performed single-cell transcriptomic data of a total of 259,003 cells derived from 22 baseline and 24 post-NAT treatment samples of 22 stage II/III resectable ESCC patients.
