描述信息 We enrolled 29 women with elective termination of pregnancy during the first trimester (10-17weeks' gestation), including maternal exposed group (SARS-CoV-2) and uninfected group, devoid of pregnancy complications, and collected the fetal germ cells (FGC) and gonadal somatic cells (Soma) for total RNA-seq and WGBS-seq analysis. Gestational age at SARS-CoV-2 infection was less than 9 weeks, and no severe maternal infections (intensive care units for supportive cares) were included.
