Description |
To investigate the whether ASIV treatment has a similar effect on transcriptomics with shEREG,we established A549-TR cell lines with shEREG virus. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of A549-TR or shEREG-A549-TR cells treated with ASIV for 48 hours.Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for A549-TR or shEREG-A549-TR cells under ASIV treatment or not. |
