To explore the transcriptome information of Procambarus clarkii under pathogen stimulation.The full-length transcriptome of the mixed tissues of hemolymph, hepatopancreas, gills, intestines, lymphoid organs, and muscles of P.clarkii stimulated by Vibrio was sequenced using the Single Molecular Real-Time(SMRT)sequencing technology of the PacBio platform.We are able to offer trustworthy genomic resources for further investigating the functional genes, immunological responses, and associated metabolic pathways of P.clarkii by the study of full-length transcriptome sequencing data and functional annotation. |
