Description |
Jag1 and Jag2 (Jag1/2) are important ligands of Notch signaling. The esophageal epithelium was isolated from WT and p63CreERT2;Jag1/2loxP/loxP mice, and RNA was extracted from the epithelium. Subsequently, RNA sequencing was performed. Analyzing the gene expression profiles will be important for us to understand the role of Jag1/2-mediated Notch signaling in regulating biological processes in the esophageal epithelium. |
