| Description |
This project is created to explore the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, treatment effects, and prognosis prediction of neuroblastoma patients. The project was approved by the Shanghai Children's Medical Centre through the ethics committee. It included patients with neuroblastoma who presented to general surgery between 2017 and 2023. All neuroblastoma samples were acquired by surgical excision or biopsy. All the patient's families signed the informed consent forms before surgeries. The RNA-Seq data of neuroblastoma samples and patients' clinical information were then applied for analysis and investigation. |
