| 描述信息 | In this context, we performed multi-omics profiling of blood components (i.e. plasma and peripheral white blood cells) and fecal samples collected before and after a controlled bout of acute aerobic exercise or a long-term 5 km jogging exercise every 1-2 days. The goal was to characterize the detailed series of events that occur in response to acute and long-term exercise and understand how they relate to fitness measures. Our deep profiling, including single-cell transcriptome of blood cells, metabolome of plasma and gut, and gut microbiome, revealed the molecular changes in response to aerobic exercises, exhibiting the similarities and differences between acute bout exercise and long-term exercises, and illustrating the complex interplay between biological processes underneath. | ||||||||||
