Description |
At present, based on the existing genome-wide expression data of sepsis, the team has conducted a systematic multi-cohort analysis and successfully designed a detection methodology. The detection methodology uses special sampling tubes for blood collection (PAXgene Blood RNA tubes), and the collected samples are subjected to nucleic acid detection and analysis, so as to identify suspected infections, distinguish the types of pathogens infected, and monitor sepsis and infection processes. Prediction (possibility of progression to severe disease within 7 days). |
