Description |
This project intends to use MeRIP, Pulldown-IP and other technologies in glioma cells and animal models to determine the binding sites of LINC00475 and HNRNPH1, to reveal the mechanism of METTL3-mediated LINC00475 splicing promoting mitochondrial fission by inhibiting MIF, and to clarify the clinical significance of the splicing variant 206 by analyzing the clinical samples and data. This project will reveal a new mechanism of mitochondrial fission in glioma and provide new ideas for glioma therapy. |
