| 描述信息 | To infer the genomic features and functional repertoire of root microbiome, we established a Crop Root Bacterial Genome Collection (CRBC) including genomes from pure bacterial culture and culture-independent metagenomic sequencing data across four crop species, including wheat, rice, maize and Medicago. We established the whole genome sequencing of 4618 root-derived bacterial isolates and 2081 metagenomic assembled genomes (MAGs) by binning and refining metagenomic sequencing data | ||||||||
