Title Differential immune microenvironment between the heart and liver drive different injury repair mechanisms
Relevance Model organism
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Single cell sequencing
Organisms Mus musculus
Homo sapiens
Description The mechanisms of regeneration in the heart and liver have been a hot topic in regenerative biology research for years. Recent studies have shown that the differential immune microenvironment between the heart and liver may drive different injury repair mechanisms, but their specific molecular mechanisms have not been systematically compared. In this study, we analyzed the differences in the immune microenvironment between the heart and liver after simultaneous injury.
Sample scope Single cell
