Description |
The data is associated with paper identifying somatic loss-of-heterozygosity leading to complete loss of a CCM gene in resected lesions. Specifically, there is single-nucleus DNA-sequencing for 10 samples, along with whole genome sequencing of two of those 10 samples and targeted DNA sequencing of one of those samples separated into two files, with each sequencing file pertaining to a subsection of lesion. |
