By establishing naturally aging mouse models in the current study, we have revealed the structural and functional decline in the aged retina which accompanied the accumulation of senescent cells and SASP factors. We have further validated the senolytic and senomorphic property of PCC1 both in vitro and in vivo, the long-term treatment of which ameliorated the age-related impairment in retina. Here, we upload the scRNA-seq data of young, aged and PCC1-treated aged retina. |
