Description |
Here, we have developed a targeted full-length BCR/TCR transcript sequencing workflow (TF-BTseq) with high accuracy and quantitative ability based on nanopore sequencing platforms. Then, TF-BTseq was applied to characterize BCR/TCR repertoires of peripheral blood from patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) and patients with allergic diseases (AD), tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in prostate cancer tissues, and lymphocytes in psoriasis tissues. |
