In this study, by continuously and dynamically monitoring the plasma polygenes of the enrolled patients, the results of NGS genotyping were analyzed in detail, and the evolution map of these gene variations in the development of lung cancer was outlined. Through the overall evolution map of polygenes and the evolution trajectory of single genes, the multi-gene change law and the interaction between genes in lung cancer were reflected, and the evolution law of lung cancer was revealed, which provided molecular basis for exploring more therapeutic targets. |
