Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Klebsiella pneumoniae
Description Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) represents a critical public health threat due to its high mortality and multidrug resistance. Immunological strategies targeting surface polysaccharide antigens offer promising alternatives to combat antimicrobial-resistant infections. Here, we present a five-year (2016-2020) multicenter study elucidating the distribution of serotypes, antimicrobial resistance, and virulence determinants among CRKPs in different regions of China.
