Description |
This study investigated the regulatory gene network underlying the unusual phenotype that evolved in a mating experiment of TYRP1 mutant of Oujiang color common carp, where TYRP1 had been knocked out via CRISPR-Cas9 technology. High throughput transcriptomic data were collected from four separate color phenotypes: 1. skin of coffee-like color of TYRP1 mutant, 2. white skin of TYRP1 mutant, 3. black skin of wild type, and 4. white skin of wild type. |
