描述信息 The detection rate of early-stage lung adenocarcinoma characterized by pulmonary nodules is increasing year by year, but the clinical treatment is controversial, the main reason is that the mechanism of malignant evolution in different pathological stages is unclear. We used multi-omics technologies like transcriptome, metabolome and proteome analysis, as well as in vivo and in vitro experiments, to investigate malignant evolution of early-stage lung adenocarcinoma for its precise prevention and treatment.
