Description |
Single-cell transcriptome sequencing was conducted on primary tumors or metastatic lesions from patients diagnosed with cervical cancer, who were undergoing different treatment modalities. The primary objective of this investigation was to explore the biological attributes of the tumors and the composition of the immune microenvironment that could potentially impact treatment effectiveness and prognosis. Ultimately, the study aimed to provide valuable bioinformatic insights to identify a specific subgroup of patients who might derive greater benefits from the treatment. |
