Glioblastoma (GBM) and brain metastasis are the most common malignant central nervous system cancers, characterized with remarkable infiltration of immunosuppressive myeloid cells. Although numerous myeloid cell targets have been identified in peripheral cancers, whether they can be applied in GBM is unknown, due to the complex and distinct features of the brain microenvironment. In these project, we included multiple datasets including single-cell, single-nucleus RNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomics of mouse CNS cancer models. |
