Description |
The study reports a comprenhensive PGT appoarch for SEA-type α-thalassemia by fluorescent Gap-PCR combined with SNP array. A total of 26 biopsy cycles and 172 embryos were involved in this study. By comparing the consistency of the two test results, we verified the feasibility and necessity of this comprehensive appoarch. This appoarch combines the direct detection of the target genes and haplotype analysis to minimize the risk of misdiagnosis caused by ADO and gene recombination. Moreover, no additonal experimental operation was needed for aneuploidy screening. |
