Proteome analysis of different color treatment of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelia and fruiting body. The P. ostreatus mycelia were cultivated in dark and treated with white, blue, and red light respectively. The fruiting body was induced in different light condition (dark, white, blue, and red). The samples were all analyzed using proteomic technology. |
