Description Based on clinical sample data, this study systematically screened the key immune regulatory targets of retinal degenerative diseases, clarifying the immune molecular regulatory mechanism that determines the differentiation process of retinal neuroprecursor cells in the pathological immune microenvironment. At the same time, this study constructed an "immune privilege" and immune molecular regulatory system based on optimizing the directed differentiation and function maintenance of neuroprecursor cells. Multilevel models were applied for validation and large animal preclinical studies were conducted.
Sample scope Multispecies
