Description |
Sequencing of transcriptome, proteome and metabolome were performed on TB mouse model. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs), differentially expressed proteins (DEPs), and differentially expressed metabolites (DEMs) were identified between TB mouse and control ones. Candidate key genes and proteins involved in TB were obtained by overlapping DEGs with DEPs. Candidate key metabolites were selected by calculating the correlations between DEGs and DEMs. Key metabolites were identified by calculating the correlations between candidate key proteins and candidate key metabolites. Pathway analysis of key metabolites were performed using the MetaboAnalyst online tool. Furthermore, key metabolites were used to construct the diagnostic random forest model. |
