The study reports the results of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), single-cell TCR sequencing (scTCR-seq) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) experiments performed on 13 tumor samples, 3 normal radix linguae samples, and 10 peripheral blood samples from 13 NK/T-cell lymphomas (NKTCL) patients. Analysis on multiple omics data revealed tumour heterogeneity and cell interactionas associated with clinical efficacy of radiotherapy and immunotherapy in NKTCL. |
