Description To identify molecular changes in primates aging and metformin intervention, we perfromed RNA-seq on 79 tissues/organs involving nervous system, integumentary system, endocrine system, digestive system, reproductive system, immune system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, muscular system, urinary system, adipose tissues and skeletal system, from the Y-Ctrl, M-Ctrl, O-Ctrl and O-Met cynomolgus monkeys.
