Description |
Research reports have shown that dMMR colorectal cancer patients can have a very good effect on Pd-1 monoclonal antibody therapy. However, dMMR patients account for a very low proportion of all colorectal cancer patients, and how to reverse the immunotherapy resistance of pMMR colorectal cancer patients has become a current research hotspot. This project intends to use large-field, high-resolution single-cell-spatial transcriptome sequencing techniques (stereo-seq and scRNA-seq) to analyze the colorectal cancer tumor microenvironment and immune cells in tumor-reactive lymph nodes in different MMR states The infiltration, spatial distribution and interaction of different types of colorectal cancer patients, and thus map the spatial transcriptional map of tumor immune response in different types of colorectal cancer patients from a new perspective. |
