Description |
Using polymerase gamma (POLG) mutator mice and wild-type mice, we constructed male mice with increasing levels of mtDNA mutations: negligible (WT/WT), low (WT/WT*), moderate (WT/Mut**) and high (Mut/Mut***), and performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of small intestine in WT/WT*, WT/Mut** and Mut/Mut*** male mice. |
