Description | Here, we assembled a high-quality chromosome-level genome of F. hirta with the combation of PacBio HiFi sequencing and Hi-C techniques. This study provides valuable resources for genetic and evolutionary studies of Ficus species and exploring the molecular genetic mechanisms underlying the medicinal metabolites of F. hirta. | ||||||||||
