Title Multiomics analysis of hypertension and ischemic stroke
Relevance Medical
Data types Multiomics analysis
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description This project intended to analyze the differential metabolites among four groups of people with hypertension combined with ischemic stroke, essential hypertension, high-risk population, and healthy population, and to classify functional, chemical, and metabolic pathways, which can improve the accuracy of stroke diagnosis. This provided a new idea for the follow-up study of new clinical diagnosis methods for ischemic stroke and hypertension.
Sample scope Multiisolate
