Description Since SRRM1L is a putative splicing factor, it attempting us to investigate whether SRRM1L is responsible for alteration of transcriptome profiles upon salt stress. The RNA-seq data showed that the srrm1l-t mutant generated more alternatively spliced transcripts than the wild-type (Col-0) line.
