To determine the molecular role of BBX29 under cold stress, we performed RNA-seq experiments of Arabidopsis Col-0, 35S::BBX29-Myc (OE5), and bbx29-2 under different time points (0, 2, and 24 h) of cold (4°C) stress treatments. To further identify BBX29 directly targeted genes, we perfomed cleavage under targets and tagmentation (CUT&Tag) experiments of 35S::BBX29-Myc (OE5) and the wild type Col-0. Based on RNA-seq and CUT&Tag-seq analysis, we predicted the direct target genes of BBX29 in the Arabidopsis thaliana genome. |
