Description | To delve into the cellular diversity and spatial arrangement within various adult human neocortical areas, we carried out spatial transcriptomics and conducted single-nucleus multiome analysis, encompassing both snATAC-seq and snRNA-seq from the same cells. The integration of snATAC-seq and snRNA-seq in a joint analysis shed light on the regulatory mechanisms governing the specification and evolutionary aspects of human neocortical areas. | ||||||||||||||||
