Brain metastasis (BM) from laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is rare but with poor prognosis. Here, we reported a rare case with two BMs from LSCC, which were removed surgically. Despite treated with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and a PD-1 inhibitor, a new brain lesion was found and resected again. The three lesions were analyzed with single-cell RNA-seq. |
