Description BR plays a key role in the skotomorphogenesis of seedlings, and the RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) of dark-grown hypocotyls is a well-used tool in BR-related studies. To further examine the association of VHA-a2 and VHA-a3 with the BR pathway, we performed RNA-seq on the hypocotyls of etiolated vha2 and Col seedlings.
