Using a sleep deprivation apparatus, 3-week-old C57BL/6J female mice were subjected to sleep deprivation for 6 consecutive weeks to establish a sleep deprivation mouse model. The serum of mice in the sleep deprivation group and the normal control group was collected for non-targeted metabolome sequencing to explore the effect of sleep deprivation on blood metabolites. |
