We developed three near-isonic introgression lines (NIILs) using three Chinese endemic hexaploid wheat accessions, Xinjiang wheat (T. aestivum ssp. petropavlovskyi) XJ5, Tibetan semi-wild wheat (T. aestivum ssp. tibetanum) XZ-ZM19450 and Yunnan wheat (Triticum aestivum ssp. yunnanense) YN3 as donor parents and wheat cultivar Shi4185 as receptor parent, and performed reduced representation sequencing. |
