Our study aims to explore the hypoxia induced metabolic reprogramming of cortical astrocyte. This dataset includes results of bulk RNA-seq and ATAC-seq from human astrocytic cell line (HA1800) under chemical induced hypoxic condition. Briefly, The human astrocyte cell line HA1800 (ScienCell, 1800) was cultured at 37°C with 5% CO2 in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM)/F12 medium supplemented with 20% fetal bovine serum 1% MEM-non-essential amino acids , and 1% penicillin-streptomycin. The cells were treated without or with 100 μM cobalt (II) chloride for 24 hours. |
